These Terms are intended to apply to transactions processed through authorised payment gateway/payment service providers and shall be read together with the applicable terms of the relevant bank, card network, UPI/NPCI, payment gateway and other payment service providers.
2. Payment Methods
Neovent Entertainment LLP may accept payments through payment methods made available by its authorised payment gateway/service provider, which may include:
- Credit Cards;
- Debit Cards;
- UPI;
- Net Banking;
- Wallets;
- Payment Links;
- Bank Transfer, where specifically permitted; and
- Such other payment methods as may be enabled from time to time.
Availability of a particular payment method is subject to the payment gateway, issuing/acquiring bank, card network, UPI/payment system and applicable regulations.
3. Payment Authorisation
All payments are subject to successful authorisation by the relevant bank, payment network or payment gateway.
A payment shall be considered successfully received by Neovent only after confirmation of successful payment/settlement is received through the authorised payment processing system.
A transaction showing as “pending”, “failed”, “declined”, “cancelled” or “under verification” shall not be treated as a completed payment unless subsequently confirmed as successful.
Customers should not repeatedly attempt a transaction if their bank account or card has already been debited. In such circumstances, the Customer should contact Neovent with the transaction/reference number for verification.
4. Transaction Amount
The Customer shall pay the amount displayed on the relevant invoice, booking page, order page, payment link or other authorised payment interface.
Any applicable taxes, government levies or other charges shall be communicated and shall be applicable to the Customer, where applicable.
Neovent reserves the right to correct any pricing or payment errors arising from technical, typographical or system-related issues.
5. Payment Gateway / Transaction Charges
Payment gateway processing charges, convenience fees or other transaction-related charges, if applicable, shall be disclosed to the Customer before completion of the transaction.
All charges associated with a payment transaction, including but not limited to payment gateway charges, processing fees, convenience fees, transaction charges, applicable taxes, and other applicable fees or levies, shall be borne and paid by the Customer, wherever permitted under applicable laws and the rules of the relevant payment service provider.
Where permitted by applicable law and the applicable payment-gateway agreement, such charges may be non-refundable.
6. Payment Confirmation
After successful payment, the Customer may receive a payment confirmation, receipt, invoice or transaction reference through the Company’s authorised communication channel.
Customers are advised to retain the payment confirmation and transaction reference until the transaction has been fully completed.
7. Refund and Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the applicable cancellation/refund policy of Neovent Entertainment LLP.
Where a refund is approved, it shall normally be processed through the original payment method used by the Customer, wherever technically and legally possible.
The actual time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the Customer’s account depends on the Customer’s bank, card issuer, payment network or payment gateway.
Where a transaction has already been settled, refund processing may require additional verification and reconciliation.
8. Failed, Reversed or Duplicate Transactions
If a Customer’s account has been debited but the Company’s system does not show a successful transaction, Neovent shall verify the transaction status with the relevant payment gateway/bank.
If the transaction is subsequently confirmed as failed or reversed, the amount shall be handled in accordance with the applicable payment-system and banking procedures.
For duplicate payments, the Customer should contact Neovent with details of both transactions. After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded in accordance with the Company’s refund policy.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
A Customer may raise a payment dispute or chargeback through the relevant bank/card issuer/payment provider in accordance with applicable rules.
Neovent may provide transaction records, invoices, delivery/service records, customer communications and other relevant information to the payment gateway, acquiring bank, card network or other authorised entity for resolving such disputes.
